REWARDS

Will I get paid for taking SurveySpot surveys?
If you qualified and completed a survey offering a survey participation reward, your reward will be added to your account 4-6 weeks from the time you complete a survey.

Some SurveySpot surveys offer payments; others offer chances in cash drawings. Reward details for a specific survey will be found in the e-mail invitation you receive. SurveySpot does not award points for participating in surveys. All reward details are in the survey invitation you receive.

Where can I see a list of prize winners?
Please click here to see all our prize winners. The list is updated weekly!

I had trouble redeeming my Instant Win prize coupon, I didn’t receive the Instant Win prize or the Instant Win game didn’t work correctly.
Please click here for help with your Instant Win prize questions.

I’m expecting a payment for a survey, but haven’t received it.
If it has been more than 6 weeks since you completed a survey offering a CASH reward, and it has not been added to your SurveySpot account, and you have not received it, please e-mail member services with more information about the survey so we can help you claim your rewards. It helps us to help you if you can include the survey number from your original e-mail invitation. If you’re expecting an INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZE, please click here for help.

I’ve taken several surveys but have never won anything.
We award millions of dollars in prizes every year, and have an exciting new rewards program for 2008, so we hope you’ll be lucky when you take a future survey. Some SurveySpot surveys offer payments; others offer chances in cash drawings. Reward details for a specific survey are in the e-mail invitation you receive. SurveySpot also offers some opportunities to try products in your home - cosmetics, toiletries, clothing and many other items. Please keep checking your e-mail inbox for messages from SurveySpot with new survey opportunities.

(Additional note: Online surveys are fun and your opinions are important in helping shape the products and services of the future - but they’re not a way to earn a paycheck. At SurveySpot we'll always be straight with you, we'll never ask you for money and we'll never try to sell you anything.)

Why was the survey already closed when I went to take it?
Occasionally surveys fill more quickly than we expect and we apologize if the survey was closed before you could take it. We hope you'll try another survey again soon.

Do I need a password? How do I get a password? What if I forget my password?
You don't need a password to be a SurveySpot member or to take surveys*. But you will need one to view your rewards account and to enter the Member’s Area where you can check and update your member information or view a list of surveys to take.

Special note: The password creation and reminder processes include an immediate e-mail confirmation. If you don’t see the confirmation e-mail in your inbox, check your spam or bulk e-mail folders in case the message has been delivered there.

*Occasionally a SurveySpot survey may require a password or username. This will be a different password from your SurveySpot one and instructions will be provided in the e-mail survey invitation you receive.

Why don’t I qualify for some surveys?
Researchers want to hear from people of different ages, income levels, ethnicities, regions of the country, etc. If many people from a certain group or region have taken the survey, the researcher may not be able to accept more responses from that group. We try to send the right number of invitations to make sure this doesn’t happen, but sometimes the response from our loyal members is greater than we expect, so we have to turn some people away. We’re sorry when this happens, and we’re working to make this a less common occurrence in the future. You’ll always have the chance to play an Instant Win game when you take a survey – even if you weren’t able to complete the entire survey, and you’ll receive an entry into our cash prize sweepstakes.

I’m seeing a “can’t find panelist” error message
This error may occur if you try to access a survey using a different e-mail address than the one you used when you registered at SurveySpot. If you see this error message, confirm your e-mail address when prompted, using the e-mail address you are currently registered with.
