Q: How will the rewards process work?
A: As a part of our shift to PayPal, SurveySpot will also utilize a point-system. Points will be available on select surveys - in the same manner that cash incentives were offered. Once you reach the minimum redemption threshold of 1,000 points, the points can then be cashed out through PayPal. We're excited to add PayPal to our reward platform, as this process will greatly expedite the time it takes to receive your reward!
Rewards will NOT automatically post to your PayPal account.
After qualifying and completing a survey that offers points, the points are added to your SurveySpot account. Once you reach the redemption threshold (1,000 points - or $10), you can login to your SurveySpot account, click on Rewards Claim, and request payment via PayPal. We will send all payments to the e-mail address you used when registering at SurveySpot (where you receive all SurveySpot correspondence). As soon as the payment has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification (please be sure to check your junk mail/spam filters for this correspondence). You can then immediately collect your reward by logging into your PayPal account!

Q: Why are we switching to PayPal?
A: PayPal has a lot of advantages, the most important are:
- 1.It is free and easy to use
- 2.It will expedite the time it takes for you to receive your reward.
- 3.And most important, it is very safe! Please take a look at PayPal's Security Center.

Q: What about my existing cash rewards?
A: If you have any existing rewards in your SurveySpot members account, you will be able to redeem them in the same manner as you do today. Old rewards will not be converted into points. Going forward, all rewards will be in a point currency. After November 2, 2009, simply login to your SurveySpot members account and access the members area. If you have any unclaimed rewards which were accrued prior to our shift to points, you will see a link in the Rewards Claim area allowing you to claim the rewards on our old site in the form of a check. Click on the link, and you will be prompted to input your email address and password. Once you're logged in, follow the instructions on how to claim your reward.

Q: How Do I Get a PayPal account?
A: You can get a PayPal account by going to www.PayPal.com, clicking on "Sign up" and filling out a few questions.

Q: What if I already have a PayPal account under a different email address?
A: If you already have a PayPal account existing under an email address that is different from the one you used when registering with SurveySpot, you can simply add an email address to your existing account. click on "Log in" followed by "profile" / "email" / "add". This way, you can add up to seven extra e-mail addresses to any existing PayPal account.
