In order to access SurveySpot’s Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section, please click on the ‘Help’ link on the top right-hand corner of the site. Here you can find the answers to many of your questions. If you still have an inquiry that isn’t addressed in this section, you’ll find a link to SurveySpot’s Member Services at the bottom of the page. Simply provide us with your inquiry, and a member of the team will research your question and provide a response - usually within 72 hours.

The Rewards tab on the top navigation bar provides you with an overview of our rewards program, recent SurveySpot Quarterly Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game winners, steps for redeeming your rewards, as well as the reward rules. In order to view any personal rewards you may have accrued, you will need to login to the My Account section (more information is included below).

You know that we value the opinions you provide in your survey responses, but ever wonder how your views fare with other SurveySpot members? Take a community poll and find out. The results may surprise you.

You will need to enter your e-mail address and password in order to access the My Account section of the site. When signing up as a member of the SurveySpot panel, you were assigned a temporary password. If you do not have this password readily available, we suggest clicking on the Forgot your password? link located at the top of the site. You will be asked to submit your e-mail address and birth-date in order to confirm your identity. After clicking on the submit button, you will receive your password via e-mail.

This correspondence will come from surveyspot_memberservices@surveyspot.com. Be sure to check your junk mail/spam filters for this email. Once you’re able to login, we suggest changing your password to something you’ll easily remember. You’ll have an opportunity to do this in the My Account section.

In order to access this area, you will need to login using your e-mail address and password (for password details, please refer to the section above). Once you’re logged in, you can refer to the section navigation on the left, which will allow you to view your Claim History, Profile Surveys, Survey History, Claim Rewards, view your Rewards History, Change your Login, Change your Password, or unsubscribe from SurveySpot.
